ELECTROMAGNETIC COMPATIBILITY
Electromagnetic compatibility
Adaptation of newly designed equipment to the requirements of civil and defence standards in terms of electromagnetic emission limits and immunity to electromagnetic disturbances.
- searching for solutions to reduce electromagnetic disturbances and increase resistance of electronic devices to external electromagnetic fields;
- designing equipment for civil and military applications that meets electromagnetic compatibility requirements;
- modelling of radiation and conductive electromagnetic disturbance propagation channels;
- development of methodologies for investigation of sources of electromagnetic disturbances for the purpose of large objects;
- testing the influence of undesirable conductive installations on homogeneity of the electromagnetic field;
- giving an opinion on standards in the area of electromagnetic compatibility.
Protection of information against electromagnetic permeation
The basis for operations as part of this area are ZOBT-500A, SDIP-27 and SDIP-28 records.
- modelling channels for information transmittance;
- testing the influence of information transmittance channels on the form of revealing emission signals;
- searching for design and software solutions to counteract electromagnetic infiltration;
- implementation of digital signal and image processing methods used in decision-making related to the classification of revealing emissions.
